3 steps to producing a speedy yearbook...

Still want to produce a yearbook, but running out of time?   No problem!   We will do the time consuming bit for you, the design!   So here’s what to do:

1.       Email me claire@meno-recollections.com and I will set up a book online for you and give you an Editor password.

2.       Set up your student profile page online, give everyone their passwords and upload your   text and photos for the rest of your pages.

3.       Hit complete and leave the rest to us and we will produce a PDF proof.  You can make amendments and we will only print your yearbook when you are 100% happy with it.

Your Account Manager will give you all of the help you need to bring your yearbook to life!  Trust us to produce a stunning yearbook for you...

Exams looming? Have we really got time to produce a yearbook?

Yes!  Because we will do all of the hard work for you!   We are not asking you to fit photos and text into design templates or fiddle around with fonts, colours and photo frame angles.  At Meno, we will do all of the design work.  So at this time of year, you still have time to produce a yearbook.

There are just a few steps to get up and running:

1.       Register at www.menoyearbooks.com

2.       Log in with the password we give you to select the design/content for your student pages.  Students will be able to start completing their profiles within 24 hours.

3.       Set up and upload text and photos into your feature pages. 

4.       Leave the rest to us.  We will design and email you a fully designed PDF proof.

Noel, Zoe or Claire will be on hand to give you content ideas, answer your questions and make sure everything is finished on time.

If you have started working on your yearbook, hopefully you are happy with how everything is going.  We will give you a £75 discount on the total cost of your yearbooks if you recommend us to another school or year group at your school.  They will receive £75 discount too (both yearbooks need to go ahead for the discount to be given).

Half term over... time to focus on your yearbook!

Not started?  Don’t panic, just register with us at www.menoyearbooks.com  All you have to do is upload your text and photos online and we will design your yearbook for you, giving you a speedy solution for your yearbook!  Alternatively give us a call on 0207 924 7571 and we will get a book up and running for you.

Already started, but want to get your project moving...  Here are some next steps:

1.       Student profiles.  Make sure you give everyone a deadline.  If you have everyone’s email addresses uploaded, go to Admin (top right of your Editor screen) and Send Messages to give them a deadline.  This takes seconds to do.

2.       Feature pages.  Make sure you set up lots of articles and photo montages to create a fab book. Don’t worry, you don’t have to design them, just upload the text and photos and leave the creative bit to the experts!   

a.       Add Feature and give your page a title.

b.      Choose Article to combine text and photos

c.       Choose Montage for just photos

d.      Choose Filler for one of our pre-designed pages to complete your book!

Want your page to be designed in a certain way?  No problem, just leave your requirements for the designer at the bottom of each page or let your Account Manager know.
